GPR provides the NDT information needed to investigate, diagnose and characterize cultural heritage monuments and works of art. Single or multichannel control units can be used.
The single channel control unit may run the following antennas:
- IDS/TR 2.0 GHz;
- IDS/TR 1600 MHz;
- IDS/TR 900 MHz;
- IDS/TR 600 MHz;
and other lower frequency shielded antennas (if needed).
The multi channel control units may run:
- HIRESS (High Resolution Radar array Equipment for Structural Surveys), an array of antennas, consisting of 8 antenna dipoles (4 transmitters and 4 receivers) with a frequency of 1.6 GHz.
- a 600-1600 MHz array.
- the 2.0 GHz Bipolar - 2 channel antenna.
